Are your eyes on the present or on the future?

Let me tell you why some people achieve greatness and others don’t. Great men invest for the future and not for the present. Any time I think, I always think long term. I think 10 or 20 years from now where do I want to be? What do I want for my kids? How do I get there? Once I have the answers to all these questions the next thing I do is to make the painful decisions that have to be made to secure the future I desire. The consequent effect of this is that I become uncomfortable immediately, but these things never move me because I know my future is secure.
